Pellet Production Facility — Waller, TX Natura PCR, backed by AVAI Capital Group, needed to design, permit, and build a full pellet production facility in Waller, TX from the ground up. James Robertson Jr. coordinated the engagement with JLL’s Project Delivery Services team — managing design, permitting, contractor procurement, and construction oversight. JLL PDS Agreement executed June 23, 2023. Project goal: “Pellets by February.”
